Opera@CD - The iso / zip file contents a full OperaVersion for use on CD

Opera@CD is made for HTML presentations

The startpage have to be /data/index.htm !

I've deactivated some features that doesn't work on CD (Mail,.. ) - so it doesn't have same features as Opera@USB
